Thank you, Kanata North.
Cathy Curry has been re-elected as our councillor, and I congratulate her. I hope this is the term Stage 3 gets funded and the golf-course lands are finally protected.
To everyone who voted for me, put up a sign, came out to a forum or stopped to talk at the door: thank you. I entered this race late, with my wife Lily and a few friends knocking doors, and I’m proud of the campaign we ran.
The issues that got me into this race haven’t gone anywhere. Taxes, transit and how this ward grows matter as much today as they did last week, and I’ll keep paying attention and speaking up on them.

Five priorities for Kanata North.
- Get Kanata Moving
Fund Stage 3, make west-end buses more reliable and plan roads and transit with growth.
- Make Kanata Canada's Tech Capital
Attract investment and make the Tech Park a place to build companies, careers and lives.
- Build Homes and Infrastructure Together
Build more housing in sensible locations, with infrastructure and services planned alongside it.
- Keep Taxes in Check. Spend Smart.
No property-tax increases above inflation.
- Protect What Makes Kanata Home
Protect greenspace and neighbourhoods while addressing flooding, mature trees and public safety.
Background
I grew up in Kanata North, attended St. Isidore and All Saints, and studied at the University of Ottawa while living here. I later completed a Master of Financial Risk Management at the Rotman School of Management and worked in risk management at Scotiabank.
Today, I run Canadian businesses in technology and international trade. I ran for council in Kanata North in 2026 to bring that background to the increasingly complex decisions the ward faces around infrastructure, growth, investment and City spending. I live in Kanata North with my wife Lily and our dog Soleil.
